THE NOAH PROTOCOL

Led by the United Nations Joint Space Command (UNJSC), the Noah Protocol entailed selections of which people should be rescued from the Second Great Cataclysm (2GC), and the logistics of transporting them, with them ultimately joining the Human Remnant fleet. The protocol involved lists drawn up prior to the Advent Of Utu, and modified prior to 2GC, drop-ship schedules and security provisions (including information security, preventing non-candidates from learning of the protocol).
